This notice covers the Verdana Village Real Estate & Market Report page run by Scott Schilling of Compass. It adds to the full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What we collect
When you request a valuation or consultation, unlock the report or sign up for the monthly report, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone, and where given your property address, home size, timeline and message. We also record the page and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
How we use it
Your details go to Scott Schilling by email and into his client management system, Lofty, so Scott can reply and, if you agreed, follow up by phone, text or email. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or calling 239.405.3551.
Advertising measurement
If this page is used with Google ads, it loads the Google tag, which sets cookies, to measure whether visits from those ads lead to a request. When you submit a form, the tag then sends Google a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email and phone number so Google can match the request to an ad click. We do not sell your information.
Browser storage
After you unlock the full report, this browser remembers it so you do not have to register again. Clearing your browser data removes it.
